The Home That Finally Feels Like You

Built From Within — where your space begins to match who you’ve become.

Right now, something feels… off.

You’re living in a space that no longer quite fits.

You’ve outgrown parts of your home… but you’re not fully sure what comes next.

You have ideas—but they feel scattered, overwhelming, or hard to bring together.

So instead…

You pause. You overthink. You put it off.

And even though you know something needs to shift…

You haven’t quite bridged the gap yet.

What you actually want is simple.

A home that feels calm. Clear. Supportive.

A space that works for your life now… not who you used to be.

You want to walk into a room and feel:

✔ settled

✔ confident in your decisions

✔ clear on what belongs—and what doesn’t

You want to move forward… without second guessing yourself.

That’s where this begins.

At a certain point, you realize…

It’s not just about the renovation.

It’s about how you see your space… move through it… and make decisions within it.

You can stay stuck in overwhelm…

Or you can learn how to:

See clearly

Decide confidently

And take aligned action

Imagine this…

You walk into your home…

And something feels different.

Lighter. Clearer. More like you.

You’ve made decisions you trust. You’re no longer stuck—you’re moving.

Your space supports you… instead of draining you.

And without forcing it…

You’ve become someone who creates alignment in your environment.

This is for you if:

✔ You want a home that feels calm, clear, and supportive

✔ You’re ready to move from ideas → action

✔ You want help deciding between DIY or hiring a contractor

✔ You’re tired of overwhelm, decision fatigue, and second guessing

✔ You want a grounded, realistic approach (not perfection)

✔ You’re ready to trust yourself in the process

Start here: Your Renovation Language

Before anything else…you need to understand how you make decisions.

Some people need to see it, feel it, talk it out or process it.

When you understand your natural way of processing…everything becomes easier.

👉 Take the Renovation Language Quiz:

You’ll walk away with:

→ A clear vision for your space

→ A decision-making framework you can reuse anytime

→ A personalized way of planning (based on how you think)

→ Confidence in choosing DIY or professional support

→ A grounded way to move through change

→ A home that reflects who you are now

If you’ve been circling this…

Thinking about it…Feeling it…But not moving…

This is your moment to begin.

This is where you stop overthinking… and start building.

Not from pressure. Not from perfection.

But from clarity. From alignment. From within.

Your Podcast Host

Kristie Crate

Kristie Crate is a creator, life coach, construction entrepreneur, and mother who helps women come home to themselves while building homes that reflect who they are becoming.

For years, she lived inside spaces that did not quite fit. She found herself adapting, accommodating, and quietly setting aside her own desires. It was not just her environment that felt misaligned. It was the way she was moving through her life within it.

When she began rebuilding, it was not only the walls that changed. Her identity shifted. Her voice strengthened. She started allowing herself to take up space in a way she never had before.

Through that process, Kristie discovered something most people never stop to consider. The spaces we live in are not separate from us. They mirror us. They shape us. And when they are out of alignment, we feel it physically, emotionally, and energetically.

With a rare blend of construction expertise, subconscious reprogramming, and lived experience, Kristie now guides women through that same return.

She helps them uncover what they truly want from their homes and from themselves. She teaches them how to design from identity instead of expectation, regulate through overwhelm instead of shutting down, and communicate clearly while taking up space with confidence. The result is a home that feels safe, supportive, and fully their own.

Her work is not just about building or renovating a home. It is about rebuilding the relationship you have with yourself inside of it.

Her mission is simple.
To help women create spaces that finally feel like them from the inside out.
